Sendle was Australia's first 100% carbon neutral delivery service, offering affordable shipping solutions for small businesses and e-commerce sellers. Founded over a decade ago, the company built a reputation for making parcel delivery simple and accessible — integrating with platforms like Shopify, eBay, and Etsy to help businesses ship smarter without the overhead of traditional couriers. As a certified B Corp, Sendle combined commercial success with environmental responsibility, serving customers across Australia and internationally. The company ceased operations in 2025 following withdrawn investment after a failed merger.
I joined as the sole product designer embedded within the product team, owning end-to-end discovery, delivery, and design system strategy during a period of significant organisational change.
My work focused on critical delivery and claims journeys — leading discovery, concept development, and production delivery across these high-friction areas. I established a scalable design system with Figma Make and MCP integration, enabling engineers to build 90% of claims screens in hours rather than the previously estimated two-week timeline. This AI-accelerated workflow became a model for how design and engineering could collaborate more efficiently.
